Job Opportunity: Contract Specialist 

 Reponsibilities:

  1. Contract Review and Analysis:
    • Ensure contracts comply with commercial law principles.
    • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
  2. Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead or assist in negotiations for family and commercial legal matters.
  3. Legal Research:
    • Stay updated on changes in family and commercial law.
  4. Communication:
    • Clearly communicate legal concepts and terms to clients and stakeholders.
  5. Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain organized records of contracts and related documents.

 Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in a legal advisory or law firm setting.

 Skills Required:

  1. Contract Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of contract law principles, with a focus on family and commercial law.
  2. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contract terms and conditions, especially in the context of family and commercial legal matters.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex legal concepts and contract terms to clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex contracts, identify potential legal risks, and provide strategic solutions.
  5. Time Management: Efficient time management skills to handle multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
  6. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with legal teams, other departments, and external parties involved in the contract process.
  7. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using contract management software and a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
