Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess clients' current financial situations.
- Stay informed about various financial products and services to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Promote sale of credit and loan services.
- Develop personalized financial plans based on individual client needs and risk tolerance.
- Provide guidance on investment strategies and portfolio management.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with different financial products and investments.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance with industry standards.
- Promote financial services to potential clients.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, financial plans, and transactions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Candidates must have a CEGEP/ college diploma in finance or a related field.
- A strong preference with experience of 2 to 3 years in financial services or a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical abilities, essential for evaluating financial data and trends.
- A comprehensive understanding of various financial products and services is required.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and explain complex financial information.
- Ability to solve financial issues and provide suitable solutions.
- A customer-focused mindset to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing financial landscapes and industry trends.
Location: Kitchener, ON N2G 2L2
Salary: $ 29.15 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
