Job Description:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, adjusting as needed for efficiency.
- Establish and enforce engineering/production protocols, updating as industry standards evolve.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a skilled workforce, fostering a positive work environment.
- Authorize detailed product specifications to meet quality and client standards.
- Assign tasks strategically, regularly reviewing work to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Oversee data analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the team and clients, providing expert advice and addressing concerns.
- Advise senior management on technical and strategic matters, contributing to organizational strategies.
- Efficiently manage contracts, negotiating and ensuring compliance for successful project delivery.
- Plan and organize daily operations, directing activities for optimal project progress.
- Develop and implement risk management plans, regularly assessing and mitigating potential issues.
- Lead and instruct groups, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting development goals.
