Salary: $15.30 /hr based on 30-40hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk

Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: Not required, But experience is an asset
Job Duties:
- Greet customers and conversation type, quality and quantity of items
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist and advise customers in selecting items, price quotes, and arrangements for their needs
- Provide occasion-specific flower suggestions
- Pack the customer' flowers to prevent breakages or weather damage
- Mindfully arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers
- Accept payment including cash, credit card, gift card, etc
- Process, water, care and maintenance of plants and fresh flowers
- Maintain and report inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Receive and process of telephone, walk-in & web orders
- Coordinate flower deliveries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working space
- Perform additional duties if necessary
