Education: Minimum qualification of Secondary (High) school graduation certificate.

Work experience: The candidate for this position should have an experience of at least 2 years to less than 3 years.
Languages: English
Major work area: Restaurant Manager for Tim Hortons’ fast-food restaurants.

Specific skills:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, and its food and beverage service.
• Follow and give direction of services to be offered according to franchise standards and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve in store customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for restaurant equipment, maintenance and other supplies.
