Job description:

ob position: Painter helper.

Vacancy: 2

Payrate: $23.50 per hour for 40 hours of work per week. 

Job type: Full-time, Permanent.   

start date: As soon As possible. 

Work Setting:  Various locations across Calgary, Alberta.

Job Requirements: 

Education: No education required. 

Experience: No experience required. 

Language: English is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: 

Fast paced environment, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, physically demanding.

Job duties: 

• Load, unload, and transport construction material.
• Clean and pile salvaged material.
• Erect and dismantle scaffold as required on the jobsite.
• Carry tools for painters as required on the job site.
• Wash tools at the end of each shift.
• Perform other activities as directed by skilled painters.
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• Select appropriate paint or mix paints.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
