Job responsibilties
- Interview clients to assess their situation and determine the types of services and eligibility required.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Proivde counselling and therapy to help clients to resolve social and personal problems.
- Plan programs of assistance for clients.
- Serve as a member of an interdiscipilinary team working with a clients group.
- Control social reasearch.
- Develop prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs.
- Supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff.
