Salary- $60.25 hourly for 30 Hours per week

Role Description

  • Developing and implementing long-term business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure the financial health and profitability of the company.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification within the trucking industry.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to safety, operations, and business continuity.
  • Leading and supervising a diverse team.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, maintenance providers, and other external partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and implementing safety programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and reduce accidents.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the company's overall performance.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.

Role Eligibility 

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years + of experience in the trucking or transportation industry is crucial. 
  • Demonstrated success in leadership and management roles and achieving business objectives.
  • The ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of long-term business strategies.
  • Effective communication skills for dealing with the team, external partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, logistical issues, and other complexities in the trucking industry.
