Job description:
Sake Sushi Ltd (dba. The Plate) located at beatiful Nanimo, BC is currently looking for qualified full time cooks.
1) Position: Cook (available: 2)
- Wage: $20/hour
- Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
- Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income per year, gratuities

2) Job requirements:
- 1 ~ 2 years of cooking experience in relevant area or completion of program in cooking
- Completion of secondary school
- Language at work: English
3) Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods on the menu
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost, and monitor and order supplies
- Train staff in preparation, cooking ahdn handling of food
- Inspect and clean work areas (kitchens and food service areas)
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
