Location: London, ON N6A 2R5

Salary: $32.75 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute social media plans, engaging with audiences and building brand presence.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and backlinks to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, ensuring cost-effective results.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns, nurturing leads and maintaining customer engagement.
  • Create and manage engaging, relevant, and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, personalize customer experiences, and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external clients, ensuring digital marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A CEGEP/college in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 
  • Typically, 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating proficiency in various digital channels.
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and presenting digital strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data using tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing digital strategies.
  • Strong writing and creative skills for developing compelling digital content.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies, adjusting strategies accordingly.
