Looking for Home Child Caregiver- Nanny for our 2 years old toddler girl. Need full time assistance to take care of her at our home located in Brampton, Ontario as both parents are working
Job Duties:
1) Supervise the child during our scheduled shifts
2) Bath, dress and change diapers
3) Feed the child from time to time
4) Wipe the child well after every diaper change
5) Ensure the child follows nap time and sleep time schedules
6) Escort her to nearby parks and ensure safety while outside the house on a daily basis
7) Clean and organize the child's room and prepare her bed every day
8) Wash, Iron and organise child's laundry twice a week
9) Must speak punjabi language and have the ability to interact and train child for the same
10) Visit Gurdwara with the child and help her learn religious jingles etc.
11) Participate with child in learning activities and social, mental development games.
12) Support children socially, emotionally and mentally as family members
13) Inform me immedialtely if there is any notable concern in child's behaviour or health.
14) Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* Must have 2 years of work experience working as a child care provider
* Reliable with effective interpersonal skills ,punctual, dependable, flexible
* Decent, well- mannered, dress appropriately and must respect other family members when they are around
* Good time- managment skills
* Must be vaccinated for Covid-19
* Must be able to work afternoon shifts
* Must be hard-working, energetic, caring and senstive to children
* Must have ethnic Punjabi background from India having sound knowledge of Punjabi Culture, principals, prayer rituals and cultural knowlegde
Salary: $19.00 hourly
Qualification: Completion of bachelor's degree(Graduation level)
Language: Must be able to communicate effectively in Punjabi and English(Moderate english is acceptable)
Job Type: Full time and Permanent
Schedule: 7 Hours afternoon shift between 1 pm to 11 pm.
Intended Job posting audience: Only persons who are legally allowed to work in Canada . Sucessful candidates will be required to provide clear criminal record check.
Hours: 35 per week
