Looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator!

Position: Marketing Coordinator (Permanent, Full-time)
Positions Available: 1
Wage: $30.00~35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours of Work: 30~40 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Develop marketing strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data monthly, quarterly, and annually, and participate in the meetings with owner and marketing manager, if needed.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, and a database of potential agents and clients.
- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing plans that include print and online content.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in the preparation/creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Effective communication skills in English (listening, speaking, writing)
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
