Qualification:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related programs

Required Language:

Main duties of the job:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the real estate market
• Analyze consumer behaviour and preferences to develop, tailor and implement marketing strategies
• Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media
• Create and optimize marketing plans including online advertising campaigns to generate sales
• Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, direct mail, and signage
• Generate engaging and informative content, including property descriptions, blog posts, and multimedia content
• Answer inquiries from buyers and potential buyers
• Prepare brochures and reports to keep clients informed about market trends, new listings, and relevant information
• Work closely with real estate agents and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
• Handle public relations to enhance the company's image and reputation
• Plan and coordinate events, such as open houses, property tours, and community engagement activities
