Wage Rate: $ 28.00 per hour

Overtime Wage Rate: $42.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full – time, (40 hours per week) Permanent employment

Employment Duration: Term of 2 years

Work Location: Surrey, BC

As a Baker, the following duties must be performed:

• Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies and cakes and icings and frostings as per the recipes

• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
• Bake Pizza and other baking goods
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Purchase baking supplies
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Other requirements:

Language of work: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Less than a year of experience
