Job Title: General Manager - Financial, Communications and other Business services
- Align long term strategies for better growth of the company, including financial forecast, budgeting, resourcing, revenue and expansion around products and services.
- Manage, direct, and optimize overall operations, financial performance and sales to ensure smooth functioning.
- Collaborate with management to integrate innovative strategies into overall business operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Implement efficient processes and standards to optimize productivity and performance.
- Identify and initiate training and development program for continuous improvement of team to raise quality and productivity levels.
- Drive the company's financial planning and manage resources to achieve sustainable growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and plan execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Nexgen Production in various business settings,including negotiations, partnerships, and industry events, to enhance the company's market presence.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, growth, and process improvements in respect of services, HR and financials.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Job Details:
Salary: $85.80 CAD Per Hour Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $128.70 per hour starting after 30 hours per week
Experience and Education Required: Bachelors Degree with minimum of 5 years or more of experience
Job Status: Full Time / Permanent
