Employer: Wenwood Holdings Ltd dBa Monkey Tree Pub, Victoria, BC

Position: 2 (Two)

Work Setting: Pub

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent (40 hrs a week)

Wages: $ 22 per hour and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Skills and Employment Requirements: -

• Completion of secondary school
• 1 to 2 years of cooking experience
• English

Job responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: -

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions,
• estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
• Order supplies and equipment,
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
• Clean kitchen and work areas,
• Manage kitchen operations
