Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for a combination of managerial and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the daily operations of the store and ensuring that it meets its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
