Job Description

My spouse and I are in need of a Childcare Provider for our child (5 years of age). The caregiver will be responsible for supervising, care, provide health, physical and social development for our special child. The applicant must be mature, loving, energetic, outgoing, independent, and reliable.

Job Duties:

• • Supervise and care for child
• • Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals, pack lunch and snacks
  • Bathe, dress and feed child
• • Getting ready for school and helping with homework
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to emotional well-being of children
• • Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development
  • Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare child for rest periods
  • Keep records of child ’s progress, routines, and interest
  • Accompany family to events, activities and outings as needed
• • Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Job requirements:
Education: High School
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Language: English

Work Setting: Employer's home
