Location: Brampton, ON L6W 0B6

Salary: $64.25 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the category's performance and growth, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan, including market analysis, competitive insights, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify potential clients and strategic partners within the insurance industry.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives to achieve and surpass set financial targets for the Insurance company.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Take the lead in strategic customer engagements, negotiations, and key account management.
  • Utilize financial insights to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
  • Showcase strong decision-making abilities, backed by data-driven insights and a strategic mindset.
  • Implement and enforce strong process excellence methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Exhibit exceptional people management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Take charge of recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a skilled and motivated team.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing or related field.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • A numbers-driven individual with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitability.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a passion for developing and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Should have exceptional communication and people skills both verbal and written.
  • Need to be enthusiastic and motivated individual with analytical mind bent on analyzing situations objectively
