Job description:
Location: London, ON N6A 2RS
Salary: $50.25 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Full sales, support, and operational responsibility for the company.
- Design, implement and execute annual budgets and strategic plans.
- Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish an organization wide culture of accountability focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and phenomenal business results.
- Provide the overall vision and strategy to the greater team and develop a high performing team of engaged, and motivated employees and a spirit of interdependent, cross functional collaboration.
- Proactive analysis of data to identify trends and issues. Quickly implement corrective actions plans.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of competitors, developing innovations to maintain market lead.
- Maintain best practices for safety and sales-generation in the field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and client retention.
- Encourage a culture of learning and development within the plumbing services team.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote company.
- Participate in industry events and networking to enhance business visibility.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
- Minimum 5 years ‘of management and sales experience
- Must be able to effectively lead, coach and manage others in a professional environment
- Ability to positively influence at all levels and possess executive presence
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to plan, prioritize and execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently, as well as with others
