Food service supervisor-Burrito Bandidos

Location: 1614 Queen Street East suite LAUDERHILLToronto, ONM4L 1G3

Salary: 17.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Start date: as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Tasks

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
