Job Description:
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sale volumes and effects of competitor’s operations on sales.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Implement price and credit policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve problems that arise at work place such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff as per requirement.
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary (High)School
- 2-3 years of experience required
