Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. located at 6086 Mayfield Rd., Caledon ON L7C 0Z7 is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Records Supervisor. JOB DUTIES:
- Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of staff engaged in document filing & record keeping.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Oversee organization’s records keeping from their creation and preservation through to disposal.
- Supervise & manage the filing of truck & trailer files & ensure they have all the required documents like ownership, annual safety certificate, work orders, preventive maintenance & its bills etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring all the driver files (electronic and paper) contain all the required Pre-employment qualification documentation.
- Order stationery, forms, & other office supplies etc.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure all the files are maintained as per the record management system & are easily accessible when needed.
- Ensure that data protection protocols are strictly followed.
- Ensure finished records are destroyed or archived as per the guidelines.
- Providing training to staff who have responsibility for maintaining & filing records.
PERSONAL SUITABILITY
- Ability to multitask, organized & team player.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6-months or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $31.75/hour
- 35 hours per week
