Establish work schedules and coordinate daily warehouse activities to optimize storage capacity; Supervise, evaluate, and report on staff productivity in warehouse to foster a high level of efficiency in their tasks; Maintain records and generate reports on stored inventories and storage areas for management purposes; Implement activities to comply with warehouse, health, and safety regulatory requirements; Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work; Resolve work related problems and respond to customers promptly; Provide training to workers and communicate with other departments to review schedules for timely delivery of merchandise
