Quote an estimate cost on the job cost by inspecting drywall surfaces irregularities, or gaps; Apply successive coats of compound over seams, tape, and screws to create a smooth and seamless finish; Measuring and cutting drywall tape to fit the length of joints and corners; Install metal molding at wall comers to secure the wallboard; Applying tape to seams and corners to reinforce and prevent cracks; Feathering the edges of the joint compound to blend it seamlessly with the surrounding drywall; Collaborating with other construction professionals, such as drywall installers and painters, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality end result; Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries; Prepare unfinished interior drywall panels for painting by taping and finishing joints; Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air-conditioning units, and plumbing
