Location: Oakville, ON L6H 7S8

Salary: $64.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outreach department(s) by developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating campaign efforts to drive the growth of global audience as well as the reach of our offerings, and to take our brand to a world-class standard.
  • Lead the market development team to collect price benchmarking data and motivate the sales team, including hiring training, and performance management.
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales team performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze regular reports and responses to senior management on sales performance and strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead the marketing and sales team to manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Continuously improve the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Significant experience in sales management and leadership roles is typically required, ranging from 5 years or more.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are critical. Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture is important.
  • A strong understanding of the industry, including its technologies, products, trends, and competitive landscape, is essential., and can be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales management, including developing and executing sales strategies, leading sales teams, and achieving sales objectives.
