Location: London ON N6A 2R5

Salary: $52.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment

 Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market research to support required vision, roadmap, and requirements this may include competitive analysis, market and technology trends, analyst assessments, and planning meetings.
2. Managing a balanced sales funnel, executing all steps of the sales process from target to close to continually secure new business.
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
5. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and services, to ensure that business development efforts are integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
6. Lead the marketing and sales team to manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
7. Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
8. Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
9. Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and ensure the sales team is well-informed.
10. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance.
11. Overview of regular reports and analysis to management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.

 Eligibility Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5 years or more of progressive experience in similar roles, handling similar responsibilities
3. Require the ability to have excellent written and verbal communication skills including comfort dealing with senior management, both internal and external.
4. Ability to logically communicate technical information and ideas.
5. Experience and success working independently, as well as with cross-functional teams
6. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
7. Require the ability budgetary responsibility of approximately $500,001 - $1,500,000
8. Require the knowledge about business equipment and computer applications (MS Office)
