Job Title: Bookkeeper (N0C 12200)

Language: English

Education:  Business Administration or related college diploma is required

Wage Rate: $26.11 /hour

Experience:  One or more years of experience required

Job Duties:

• Maintain accurate financial records for services rendered.
• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.

• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Post journal entries and prepare trial balance of books.
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Processing GST, PST and other tax payments
• Filing WCB and WorkSafe BC documentation

• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
