Compensation
$22.50 - $24.50 per hour (may depend on qualification)
Overtime wage of $33.75 - $36.75 per hour if exceeds 8 hours a day or 40 hours per week
Benefits
In addition to hourly wages, we offer a 4% vacation fee, 5 days of paid sick leave per year, quarterly and yearly bonuses, staff discounts. Job duties
- Supervise, organize, and schedule the work of staff involved in preparing, portioning, and serving coffee and food, ensuring high-quality service to customers.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations, including coffee, baked goods, and other menu items.
- Prepare and review food and beverage order summaries based on customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Establish and enforce work schedules and operational procedures to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, sales, and wastage to ensure operational efficiency.
- Train staff in their specific job duties as well as in adherence to sanitation and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure the quality of coffee, food items, and customer service meets or exceeds JJ Bean’s and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary school is required.
- Possess related experience (2+ years) in food and beverage preparation or service OR
Completed a college program in Food Service, Hotel, Restaurant Management, or related field;
