Job description:
Sharon’s Ice Cream located at 1585 Markham Road, Unit 104 Scarborough, ON is looking for a Kitchen Helper.
Wage $16.55/hr, Full time and Permanent
Skills
-Experience: Not required, Will Train
-Language: Basic English is required
-No Education
Job Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for the cook.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
- Organizing and placing utensils, dishes, and cutting boards in their designated locations.
- Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivered trucks.
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards, compliance, and cleanliness.
