Fair Deal Custom Homes Ltd is a fast-growing company located at 1239 Eckert Ave, New Westminster, BC – V3M6X3 is urgently looking for One (01) full-time Carpenter (NOC: 7271) for their team.
Work Location: Various location all over lower mainland depending upon business contracts.
Education & Experience:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a three- to four-year apprenticeship program OR 2-3 years of related experience is required
Language: Basic English
Wage Rate: $30.00/hr. per 40 Hours per week + 4% Vacation pay.
Job Duties:
Prepare the design of constructions as per client’s requirements.
Exterior and interior finish work
Implement safety methods and procedures.
Joint, cut & measure the fixtures of wood and other materials.
Estimate the cost of budget and plan accordingly
Help and advice other workers at the construction sites.
Able to read and understand the blueprints, drawings of layouts.
Inspect and replace damage framework and other fixtures.
Install cabinets, counters etc.
Work Conditions:
Able to lift loads and move stuff in work location if required
Able to work dusty and Noisy environment
Maintain a positive attitude while working hard
