We are a leading security company looking to hire Security guard supervisor with a valid security license who can work at various locations in the Lower Mainland BC.
Job Description:
_ Efficiently assign tasks to security officers based on their skills and capabilities.
- Oversees the work of security officers and ensures guidelines and security standards are adhered to.
- Establish work procedures and coordinate security officers' and other departments' activities.
- Address and resolve work-related problems promptly and implement effective solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of security operations.
- Requisition of necessary supplies and materials to maintain adequate resources for security personnel.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, incident reports, and other documentation to upper management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the smooth operations of site equipment.
_ Handle emergency situations
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Requirements
