We are a dynamic business consultancy firm specializing in strategic solutions, committed to driving sustainable growth for businesses. Presently, we are in search of a meticulous and well-organized individual to assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) within our organization.

Job description

1. Manage resources like materials, people, and money to carry out the organization's plans.

2. Approve and set up important departments and their senior staff.

3. Control finances and administration, approve promotions, and plan for the organization's workforce.

4. Set goals for the organization and decide on the rules and plans to reach them.

5. Represent the organization in talks or send others as representatives.

6. Choose managers and staff, give them the power they need, and make sure they have good working conditions.

Skills required
1. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.

2. Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, make sound decisions, and inspire confidence.

3. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and align financial strategies with overall organizational goals.

4. Communication: Strong communication skills to represent the organization, negotiate, and convey complex financial information clearly.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing financial data and making informed decisions.

Wages: 81$/hr

Education - Bachelor's Degree

Experience Required - 2 years to 3 years relevent experience.
