Responsibilities:
Tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients and sales specialists to keep the client relationship harmonious by resolving issues like customer complaints and supply shortages and so on.
- Evaluate clients' needs, provide recommendations, and aid in the selection of suitable goods or services, while negotiating prices and sales terms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and communicate continuously with clients to have a deeper understanding of their product line.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to showcase the benefits of using the provided goods or services.
- Work with the inside sales team to present quotes and to promote various manufacturer lines to the distributors.
- Maintain products inventory, prepare sales volumes reports and request merchandise as required.
- Manage sales coverage of wholesale distributors, electrical contractors, OEM, and consulting engineers.
- Contribute insights to product design when customization is required to meet clients' specific needs.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accurate maintenance of customer records.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with current clients to ensure sustained sales growth.
- Supervise the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists whenever required.
- Estimate the costs associated with equipment installation and maintenance services.
- Provide training in the operation and maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Resolve technical problems related to equipment.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
