Tasks
Manage staff and assign duties Study market research and trends to determineconsumer demand,potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operationson sales Determine merchandise andservices to be sold Implement price andcredits policies Locate, select and procure merchandise forresale Develop andimplement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues andexpensesDetermine staffing requirements Resolve problems that arise, such ascustomer complaints andsupply shortages Plan, organize, direct, control andevaluate daily operations Recruit, hire andsupervise staff and/or volunteers
