Job description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create batch orders for production in an efficient and effective order
- Liaison between departments and communicate supplier feedback and concerns to all appropriate parties and departments
- Performing basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organize paperwork
- Performing general office duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- High level of computer literacy, including intermediate level of experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to respond professionally, courteously and in a clear manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
