Position: Store Supervisor

Job Type: Full time; Permanent

Salary: $26.45 per hour

Number of Positions: 1

Expected start date: As soon as possible

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible to

• Supervise team members and assign duties for stocking, cleaning, labeling, items displaying, decorating store etc.
• Addressing customer’s requests, comments, and complaints
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, tracking the sales and merchandising etc.
• Prepare inventory orders by determining the stocks and order merchandise.
• Assist in authorizing payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Operate cash register and processes cash, debit card and credit card.
• Supervise and coordinate the staff and cashier’ssale transactions.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Perform other key holding duties as required.

The successful candidate will have

• Completion of Secondary School
• Demonstrated retail sales experience
• Supervisory experience would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve common goals.
