Impact Immigration Solutions, located in Surrey, BC is currently looking for an experienced, reliable and organized candidates to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time basis and fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant.

Wage Rate: $ 27.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Over Time Wage: $ 41.25 per hour after 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation Pay

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:
• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
