Sam’s Labour Ltd. is looking to hire 1 Sales Supervisor to join their team and work on full-time basis, and contribute in the success and growth of company.

Wage rate: $27.50 per hour for 40.00 hours a week, Overtime starts after 8 hours per day & 40 Hours per week

Overtime rate: $41.25 per hour

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

Requirements:
• Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Conduct performance reviews
