1108178 B.C. Ltd. is a construction company located in Surrey, BC which specializes in providing construction services to its clients. Currently, we are hiring five full-time “Construction Cleaners” to join our growing team.

Position Details

Job Title:  Construction Cleaner

Company: 1108178 B.C. Ltd.

Company location: 14655, 67B Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3S OZ4

Number of positions: 5                                                                                                   

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Work locations:  Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in Lower Mainland (BC) area as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean walls, floors, and ceilings, etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move cleaning equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
