Experience: 6 months or more
Job Duties:
• Communicate with computer users facing who are facing challenges to identify and document problems.
• Support end-users in resolving technical problems.
• Identify the nature of the hardware, software, or networking issue and resolve problems in a timely manner,
• Monitor and oversee the tracking and management of work records.
• Provide support remotely when necessary.
• Update computer operating systems and other important software, as needed.
• Offer guidance and training to users in addressing identified difficulties.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other applicable documents to explore and implement solutions.
