2211119 Ontario Inc. O/A Punjabi By Nature located at 9980 Airport Road, Unit 6, Brampton, ON, L6S 0C5 requires 2 Manager (Restaurant and Catering) on Permanent/Full time basis. Wages are $ 27/ hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 2 years to Less than 3 years of experience Restaurant and Catering. Duties Manager (Restaurant and Catering)

1. Ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant along with health and safety compliance.
2. Co-ordinate with the Kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, editions in the menu items.
3. Logistics and Management co-ordination between the restaurant location, sweet manufacturing facility and the warehouse
4. Recruitment and Training of Staff
5. Oversee Inventory Management, Place Orders and execute returns and exchanges.
6. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering orders.
7. Meet with large volume event clients for setting the Menu, price quotation and finalising the negotiations.
8. Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions etc.
9. Any other relevant tasks
