Job description:
Paradigm Surfaces Inc. with a business address Unit 106-13479 76 Ave, Surrey, BC is currently looking for 1 full-time Administrative Assistant (NOC: 13100) for our store.
Education: Completion of High School is required.
Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in related field or completion of a related degree or diploma is required.
Language: English
Functional knowledge of computers
Wage: $27.50 per hour for 35 hours per week + 10 days of paid leave per year or 4% of vacation pay.
Job duties:
- Greet customers and answers their queries.
- Maitain and manage all the records and documentations for Store inventory, invoices, bills etc.
- Prepare and issue invoices to the customers.
- Send quotes to customers.
- Respond to client emails.
- Book and schedule appointments for customers those are waiting for their job done from side.
- Send customers formal reminder week before trade person will arrive to do the job.
- Answer calls and other online queries.
- Order supplies for the store needed.
- Prepare the schedule for trade persons and helpers.
- Maintain their daily working hours in the system.
- Send hourly report to accountant for payroll.
- Send other bills and invoices to accountant for taxes.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
