Job Description
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of material.
Liaising with customers and suppliers.
Efficient utilization of space in the warehouse.
Responding to and dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers' communications.
Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory control and allocation/dispatching responsibilities.
Inspect inbound materials and certification documentation for conformity prior to receiving into the store.
Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of employees in the warehouse.
Establish work schedules and procedures and resolve work-related issues.
Ensure that all orders are completed daily.
Presenting written reports and analyses to the managers.
Coordinating the delivery of goods from the warehouse.
Investigating customer complaints.
Responsible for ongoing training of workers.
Responsible for maintenance & repair work of machinery involved in the warehouse.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education is required.
Minimum 1 year of related experience in the field is required.
