We, Lee & Kim Investment Ltd. o/a Galaxy Motel & Restaurant are looking for a Motel Managing Supervisor located in 5110 50 Ave, St. Paul, AB, T0A 3A0. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants.)

Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- At least 2 years related accommodation service experience or completion of hospitality related college program
Offer: $24.00/hr, based on 36-40 hr/wk
Benefits: 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day, or 44hrs/wk
Work location: 5110 50 Ave, St. Paul, AB, T0A 3A0
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time is also welcome)

Duties:
- Ensuring smooth motel operation
- Coordinating the scheduling of staff members and room booking as required
- Facilitating guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Preparing and submitting progress and reports
- Handling guests, customer and employee complaints
- Responding to any guest or employee concerns and resolving the problems
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and overseeing training and development of staff
