Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, task coordination and support to staff
- May assist management with the screening on new applicants when needed
- Ensure that food preparation meets the quality standards
- Maintain records of stock, equipment condition and sales
- Make sure that equipment is handled safely
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Resolve work related problems and grievances
- Promote customer satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service to our customers
Skills Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- At least 1 year of supervising/management experience required in food preparation or service industry
