Salary: $18.50 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule food service staff activities including food preparation, portioning, and serving.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operations including staff supervision, food safety, guest services, and food quality.
- Estimate and place orders for ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Establish effective work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Cater the special requests of customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Control inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Follow company’s policy and procedures and adhere to company standards.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per company’s standards.
- Accountable for training and motivating staff.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
