Sharon’s Ice Cream located at 1585 Markham Road, Unit 104 Scarborough, ON is looking for a Cook, Small Establishment.
Wage $17.00/hr, full-time and Permanent
Skills
-Experience: one for more years
-Language: Basic English is required
-Education: High School is asset
Job Duties:
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Weighing, measuring, mixing, and prepping ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
- Cook, bake, broil or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Ensure that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
- Resolve customer order issues efficiently.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping the serving area and kitchen clean and tidy.
- Ensure that food health and safety regulations are followed.
