Job Title: Corporate IT Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new corporate clients and driving business growth in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential corporate clients who require IT services, solutions, or support.
    • Research and gather information about potential clients and their IT needs.
  2. Sales Presentation and Consultation:
    • Develop a deep understanding of E-net Solutions' IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to corporate clients.
    • Conduct product/service presentations, consult with clients on their IT requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their IT needs are met.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to corporate clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to develop custom solutions.
  5. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
    • Continuously monitor and report on sales metrics and progress.
  6. Market Analysis and Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to make informed sales strategies.
  7. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software.
    • Generate regular sales reports for management review.
  8. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate IT sales, preferably in the IT solutions/services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
