Job description:
PGL Truck Centre Ltd. located at 118 Rutherford Road S, Brampton, L6W 3J5, ON requires 1 Garage Manager on Permanent and full-time basis. Wage: $ 44 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years’ relevant experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be given.

Job Duties:
- Complete management of the garage operations thereby relieving the owner from day-to-day management.
- Lead the administrative, workshop, supervisors/teams.
- Responsible for hiring and training of garage personnel, including mechanics, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Financial and revenue management of the garage and take corrective actions, if necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders for optimized sourcing for parts and consumables.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Oversee Budgeting and financial planning for the garage.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain relationships with fleet owners and B2B customers.
- Address customer complaints and concerns as and when necessary.
- Any other tasks relevant for smooth management of the garage.
